COMMUNITY ROOM

Our Community room is located in the Aveling Centre in Lloyd Park behind Le Délice In The Park.

Hire this room to organize your own events - Birthday Parties, Meetings or Classes.

50 people capacity, equipped with projector, whiteboard, plugs, speakers, water point, boiling kettle, chairs & tables, Catering Services available, Celebration Cakes made to order available :)

Hiring Fee:

• private parties / meetings: on weekends and holidays £40.-/hr, on weekdays £35.-/hr

• regular classes / non profit organisations £35.-/hr

T&C: You may access the room 15 minutes before your booking at no additional charge for setup and have 15 minutes afterward to clear the space and remove your belongings, also free of charge. Keys can be collected from our shop in Lloyd Park. The venue address is: Le Delice in the Park, Lloyd Park, Aveling Centre, E17 5EQ.

If you would like to schedule a viewing of our Community Room, please contact us in advance. A payment link will be provided with your booking confirmation. For cancellations made at least two weeks before your event, 20% of the total payment will be refunded. Unfortunately, cancellations made within two weeks of the event will not be eligible for a refund. An additional charge of £15 will apply for bookings outside of our regular opening hours, which are 9AM-5PM. Mats stored in our cupboards are property of external class providers and they are not meant to be used for your purposes, any damages will be charged accordingly.
