Community Room
Our Community room is located in the Aveling Centre in Lloyd Park behind Le Délice In The Park.
Hire this room to organize your own events - Birthday Parties, Meetings or Classes.
50 people capacity, equipped with projector, whiteboard, plugs, speakers, water point, boiling kettle, chairs & tables, Catering Services available, Celebration Cakes made to order available :)
Hiring Fee:

private parties / meeting: during weekends and bank holidays £40.-/hr, during weekdays £30.-/hr

regular classes / non profit organisations: during weekends and bank holidays £30.-/hr, during weekdays £20.-/hr
To Book our Community Room contact us:
T&C: Access to the room is 15 minutes prior the time free of charge to set it up and you have 15 minutes after free of charge to clear it up – meaning to take all your belongings. We take a deposit of £30.- when booking is without catering and £100.- deposit when booking is with catering provided by us. You can bring your own refreshments. Remaining balance is payable on the day of your event when collecting keys. If you cancel your booking 2 weeks before your event, we will give you your deposit back, otherwise we keep it. An additional charge may apply for bookings out of our opening hours. For regular classes we take payments for booked block of classes in advance. Mats stored in our cupboards are property of external class providers and they are not meant to be used for your purposes, any damages will be charged accordingly.
